Vitamix... Day 6
As of today I have lost 10 lbs, no more headaches and getting used to the juicing&Vitamixing combo. In addition to the vegetable and fruit combo drinks, we have added beef broth for protein taste/fix. Tonight’s supper was simply a cup of broth and was quite filling since lunch was a regular spinach salad with cukes, tomatoes, onion and a boiled egg with mango-vinaigrette dressing. ...

Today was a new start diet based on vegetable/fruit based blending/juicing. When we were at Costco purchasing produce, we also pick up a Jack Lalane Juicer for $80… it was $40 off retail from the Lalane website sales. Most of today was reading and re-arranging the kitchen. Today our new VitaMix arrived. Tomorrow Kate and I begin a new discipline towards nutrition by juicing/blending 4 times a day. Lefty’s Beer Bread
2 cups milk
¾ cup honey OR ¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup oil
3 pkg DRY yeast
2 eggs well beaten
1 7oz bottle beer (Miller High Life)
5 cups of all purpose flour (bread flour)
