Vitamixing… Day 1
Hello All,
Today was a new start diet based on vegetable/fruit based blending/juicing. When we were at Costco purchasing produce, we also pick up a Jack Lalane Juicer for $80… it was $40 off retail from the Lalane website sales. Most of today was reading and re-arranging the kitchen. Currently we do not need the stove top at all! So tomorrow I will try to find a nice cover to make it an additional workspace for processing. Kate took a good nap this afternoon… rest she needed and time to overcome the headache she was feeling. I have had a little headache, but not too bad. We encourage each other thru the day. Simeon and Jared called from Bethel School ministry during an intercession meeting saying that they were praying for us. Jared drove up to visit Sim for the weekend from LA with his sweetheart, Kim. They are excited for us, too!
Also, I am anxious to see if this diet will improve my scalp, face, chest and arm seborrhea dermatitis. The condition is one where the skin cells die off in three days and you are left with reddish new skin, which flares more under stress I am told. I expect this to improve as well over time.
