Vitamix… Day 6
As of today I have lost 10 lbs, no more headaches and getting used to the juicing&Vitamixing combo. In addition to the vegetable and fruit combo drinks, we have added beef broth for protein taste/fix. Tonight’s supper was simply a cup of broth and was quite filling since lunch was a regular spinach salad with cukes, tomatoes, onion and a boiled egg with mango-vinaigrette dressing.
Today was somewhat trying in that Miss Priss, our 18 year old kitty has a tumor on her neck. After her check-up, shave and examination… a $150 treatment, she seemed well enough and happy to be home with Kate. She is a big part of our lives and an amazing creature for her age. You would think she was not a day over half her age!
Anyway, I will be checking in when we reach certain goals or a weekly update. Thank you for your prayers and support to reach our goal of a healthier lifestyle diet of mainly fresh vegetables and fruits.
